Although I am not aware of anyone with this type of setup, I can't think of 
any reason why it would not work.  Declude operates "behind the scenes", so 
that it does not alter the way that E-mail is delivered (unless, of course, 
a virus is found).  With NAV running in front of IMail, it should be able 
to operate as it had before.  The only difference is that after an E-mail 
is received by IMail, it will be scanned a second time.
