Yes, that's a known bug with 7.02 HF2. Rolling back to plain 7.02 fixes
it, as does changing the user preference on how Forwards are handled (edit
original msg vs. not edit). It's a pretty serious bug in that it causes
the unintentional loss of messages; I believe Ipswitch already has it
planned for fixing in v7.03. It would make a good Ipswitch KB article in
the meantime.
