Brian,

Not knowing which version of IMail Server you are using, I cannot give you
specific step-by-step instructions as the IMail Administrator GUI has
changed in IMail 7.x

However, the gist of it is that in the SMTP Options | Logging Options | Log
To box, you select Log Server (the default option) and specifify your log
server's IP address on the Lg Files tab.
