Hi,
I have the same problem and I believe this is caused by the max. mailbox size and
max. mailbox message. If each individual user's mailbox information had over limit by
certain amount this weird situation will happened.
The solution :
1) The user have to log off,
2) then goto the imail admin and increase the size as necessary
3) then goto the user's mail directory delete all the delete.uid.uid... files except
delete.uid, delete.srt, and delete.mbx (sometime you have to delete the .srt and .uid
files too)
problem solve.
Sometime you have to repeat the delete action if you are working on the delete and
the user try to log in OR they did not log out to get it right.
Hope this help. (Please do a backup of the directory before doing any of the
suggestion because this is not a solution from Imail, I just figure out myself, as
this only happened during the over limit situation)
