I had a customer complain that he received an email 18 times. The email was
an order confirmation so at first I thought it was our order entry system.
But checking the logs I don't think so. Can someone translate what the logs
are saying here? It's kinda long, and I'm only posting the first part.
It looks to me like JDR-DNS (the server sending the email) sent the email at
00:00 and then iMail just kept delivering it over and over. I had the
customer send the first and last emails. They show the first one sent at
3:00 AM and the last one sent at 11:40 AM. I'm going to try and get him to
send the headers.
