It happens to (almost) everyone because their code only accommodates only
type of hostname/URL config. In other words, they assume your official
hostname will be "mail.domain.com", and that your URL will be the same. If
your official hostname is "domain.com", with an alias of "mail.domain.com"
(the usual config for admins in-the-know), your calendar links will be
broken in the stock templates.

If you want to attempt a fix in the stock Ipswitch templates, open the
functions.cgi file, and look for the ical links, something like this:

http://<!--IMAIL.PrimaryDomain-->:<!--IMAIL.ICalServerPort-->/ical.cgi?&Ap
p=ICalMsg&<!--IMAIL.UserParameters-->

and this:

http://<!--IMAIL.CurrentDomain-->:<!--IMAIL.ICalServerPort-->/ical.cgi?&Ap
p=ICalMsg&<!--IMAIL.UserParameters-->

You can fix things for your system by hard-coding those URLs, putting in a
"mail." where needed to make the links good. Our Killer and Classic
templates have more advanced JavaScript that is auto-correcting and works
for any tertiary-level domain in the URL.
