Regarding your 2nd point regarding new subject line - I must admit that some
of these are mine. I was under the mistaken assumption that if you clicked
reply to a message and deleted the subject and all the body then a new
thread will be created, but this does not appear to be the case. I will
ensure that any new threads are created from a fresh and new message.
