I have a user that complained she could not send attachments. I logged into
her account and sure enough you can't send attachments.
Here is what is happening. You click 'Browse' and find the file, then you
click '>> Attach >>' and the page seems to act normally. It takes a bit to
upload the file, then refreshes, but the attachment list still says "-No
Files Attached-" and the Current Total on the bottom still shows "0 Kbytes,
0 File(s)."
Any one know how to fix this? Her account has no restrictions on size or
messages.
