I've experienced this myself,

This is a bug on Imail.

This happens when the user interrupts the upload of an attachment by
pressing the ESC key or closing the browser.
Then Imail locks up a tmp file on the user directory and it simply does not
unlock it. for that reason that mail box will no longer attach files, until
you restart web msging service.

I've reported this issue to Ipswitch and they sayd that there will be a
patch 7.04 very soon.
