You can do this.   Create an A record named for example mail.jcws.net and make it point to 208.18.12.3 Then create a MX record pointing to mail.jcws.net  priority 10   I suggest also to create a PTR (reverse-lookup) record that resolves the IP address of your IMail PC to the Official Hostname of your IMail domain. (Many large ISPs will drop your connection if they cannot match your IMail hostname with a PTR record for your IP address.)
