[IMail Forum] Webmail problem - user account suspended

On one of the domains we are hosting today when they try to use the web 
mail they get message "user account suspended".
This is when you go to the log in screen, before you log in.

If I restart the web mail it works fine for a while, but it has happened 
twice in the last hour.

Any suggestions?
