The key is that Declude can only work with IMail.  So Declude won't work 
directly with Exchange (or any other mail server except IMail).

However, by buying a copy of IMail along with Declude, you've got a 
fully-functional SMTP-based virus scanner (like WebShield SMTP and 
NAVIEG).  That will work fine with Exchange or any other SMTP mail server.
