To reproduce it, you have to make sure that you don't have the "dotted" 
versions of your domains listed in WebShield.

Did WebShield receive the E-mails?  If it didn't receive them, they may 
have been blocked by the ISP.

It's also possible that McAfee decided to fix the problem.

FYI, when the bug occurs, you will not receive the E-mail, but it will go 
back and forth in the queue growing each time.  You should see it in the 
log file.
