Yes. But it doesn't work as you might expect it to.
When you hit the "Send All" button, it doesn't immediately try to send all
the E-mail in the queue. It starts sending the first one. Once the first
one times out or is delivered, it checks to see if there are any more
E-mails waiting to go out. If so, it moves on to the next.
If you want to send them out more quickly (in parallel rather than in
serial) you can click the "Send All" button about 20-30 times. That lets
you send out 20-30 E-mails at a time, rather than 1 at a time.
