We had a problem with that a few days ago over here.

Someone had given a wrong password for an automated process, and it was
generating so many error messages that the system couldn't handle it.

Have you checked to make sure that one account isn't getting slammed (or
isn't sending out mass emails). You can check that in the "View Queue"
function.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Queue and the send button...

Can anyone tell me a little about what is going on when files are
sitting in the queue... Does hitting the send all button work?

I am having some weird issues with the mail queue lately where the queue
was backed up about 1500 messages (some of which I know the host was
available), yet I could send one at a time through the mail client that
would be delivered immediately... but if I just give it time it finally
delivers....

Any thoughts on this... I am worried cuz I never REALLY know what is
going on with the queue as it acts finicky (doubling the queue everytime
you hit send, etc).

Thanks.
