Yes, you'll get the same functionality either way.  As far as Declude is 
concerned, the Windows version is identical to the DOS version except that 
it adds automatic updates of the virus definitions.

Go for it.  For most people, the Windows version is a better choice simply 
because of the automatic updates.  Plus, you get the added benefit of 
having the Windows on-access scanner that can be used on other servers, 
since you get at least 20 licenses for the $40.  The on-access scanner 
isn't as fancy as some of the others, but it certainly gets the job done.
