Yes. Declude uses the DOS F-Prot.exe, but the DOS version is included with
the Windows product.
IOW - you don't need the Windows version for use with declude, but it won't
hurt.
I would not enable the F-Prot Windows on-access scanner on the server though,
it's just not meant for server-use.

For desktops FP-Win is fine.
