They definitely, positively have correct DNS entries (at least the ones 
related to sending mail, I haven't done a full DNS report on them).

The problem is if YOUR DNS server has incorrect information about 
them.  Make sure that you run nslookup using the *same* DNS server that 
IMail uses.  If your DNS server choked (I've seen it happen), or if 
autonation recently changed their DNS, your DNS server will show results 
different from other DNS servers.

You can also try giving IMail a different DNS server to use, which could help.
