I have recently been helped with this problem and found the following:
Go to
http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/patch-upgrades.html

Upgrade to v7.03 and get the HotFix for 7.03

>From what I understand MSN has changed somethings on Port25 security.
The v7.03 and hotfix take care of this problem.
