I purchased and installed the imail server today. I was using a competing
product and was having problems sending emails to any address at msn.com.
The tech support of the old server could not help me, so I figured it was
time to purchase and install a better server. Well, my problem still exists.
An examination of the log files show that the server is resolving the MX
records correctly, but when trying to connect, it fails. The server log
shows:
SMTP (384) MX connect fail "207.46.181.27"
It tries all of the msn.com email servers and fails to connect with each of
them. If anyone could shed some light on this problem, I would appreciate
it.
