We have curred our problems with @msn.com
 
An issue we have come up time and time again since going to 7.x is we have customers call with an email client error that the server has timed out or can not find mail.rjsonline.net
 
We check to make sure they can surf the web for a test of connection, we can ping the IP they are assigned, all email settings are correct, etc. We have them log off the internet and back on. They are then able to check mail, but then them or a different customer may call back with the same issue. This is not just a few people but in the 100's. On a different note our inner office email clients never get this. It is only on dialup users.
 
Any suggestions what to check or look into.
