Ok you IMail Forum readers...
I have several users that just cant get into Imail's Web Messaging using
their personal machines, it just cycles back to the login page. Through a
mistake, it was found out they COULD get into their web messaging mail if
they went into the calendar FIRST, hit the menu button and selected Web
Messaging. Doesn't ask for password, just pushes them over. This has "fixed"
web messaging for just about everyone that was having the problem.
Does anyone have an idea how to "fix" these people so it works correctly
without first traversing the calander? I havent heard anyone with netscape
complain and the accounts were deleted and re-added in each instance with no
joy. All the users are using IE v 5, 5.5 and 6.0
Info: Imail=v7.03HF1 using the standard templates.
