I have a server that is the gateway to the internet for all local
computers.

All local computers have static ip address of 192.168.0.XXX
(don't want to use dhcp if I don't have to)

NIC one in server is internet and has real static ip, /29 subnet
and gateway set to router IP address. Internet works fine on this
computer

NIC TWO is connected to local network. Has 192.168.0.XXX as ip.
255.255.255.0 subnet and I can't get it to work with any gateway.
I have used the ip address of first nic, the first nic with a
192.168.0.xxx on it. The router, whatever and it won't work. The
best it will do is forward the traffic to the first NIC but it
won't go past that and on to the internet? This machine is also
the dns and those ips are on the first NIC, and it sees them after
the Registry is edited as show below without problem. It just
won't go beyond the first NIC and make it to the internet.

This has cost me about 5 hours of solid work so far and extended
my out of town trip by a day at the least. I am stuck out of
state until I figure this out so if you have any information that
might help me, it would be greatly appreciated!

Tim
