You need to use "Relay for Addresses" (entering the "safe" IP addresses
your users may be coming from, and having others use SMTP AUTH). You can
use "No mail relay" instead (which really means "Relay mail only for those
that use SMTP AUTH).
Those two options will not let spammers relay mail through your server
(unless they are on one of the IPs you labelled as being safe, or they have
an account with you).
