That's very peculiar because that is Microsoft database error code

among the many, many posts on the subject.
I suppose IMAIL might be using that error code also but the likelihood
seems remote.
Did you check to see if by chance a particular domain was not set for
external db?
Does it do it on every access to web messaging?
All domains or just some?
Ip-less or with IP's?
