Hi all. Especially you Len. :)

I'm having a problem that when Bind can't connect to a slave, it
throws a Doc Watson error and stops. I've got a monitoring program
that restarts it. However, usually I can't stop the service manually
after that using either NET STOP or the control panel. So when adding
a new domain, I have to reboot the server. I'd rather not do that
every time I add a darned domain. Is there a command I can use from
the command line to get Bind to refresh and read the new zone file?
Better yet, is there a way to force the service to stop?

Thanks,
