I'm using about half of my 1 GB of physical memory. I'd think that 
would leave plenty. My Performance window in Task manager says I'm 
using 475 MB out of 2 GB. I preume the 2 GB is including VM.

It doesn't do anything when I double click it or run it from the 
command line. Does it need a switch or something?
