If you're using Outlook and/or Outlook Express, you have to re-sync your folders. In
the folders view, click on the name of the IMAP server/service. Click on IMAP folders
then reset list. You will then see your new folder/mailbox and you may have to make
it visible to Outlook and/or OE.

Subject: RE: [IMail Forum] sub folders

: Ron,
: I found a Q in the KB that showed me the light but am still having issues
: with my IMAP users seeing the sub folders. I sent a test to
: [EMAIL PROTECTED] and it did not come back but I am at a loss to be
: able to find the sub folder. I have looked with the web messaging function
: as well as with users Outlook IMAP accounts and nothing. Any suggestions?
:
: Thanks,

: Michael,
:
: Use a hyphen ("-"), not a period, and your folder auto-creation wishes
: will come true.
