Rajendra,   I upgraded from Imail version 5.0 to 7.02 and it worked fine.  Nevertheless, I did do a full system, just in case....but I never had to use it.  The upgrade worked fine.   After you upgrade, near the end, it will ask you do you want to convert all of the mailboxes at once or as people request it.....to make it easier on my users, I told the install program to convert all the mailboxes immediately............ it will take about 5 to 15 minutes depending on the size of the mailboxes and number of mailboxes to convert the mailboxes to the new Imail version 7.0 format......be patient during this time....the computer will look like it locked up but it has not.   Hope that helps and gives you some assurance.   Sharat ----- Original Message ----- From: rajendraprasad_bh To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, October 04, 2001 10:43 AM Subject: [IMail Forum] Upgrade Imail Hi all,   I am Right Now using Imail 5.0 and now need to upgrade that to Imail 7.0 how do I Do that.   While upgrading I must be sure that I don’t loose any user database and configurations as my present imail server has 5 sites running in it.
