Well, it's like this: you sent the message, so it's using your MUA's settings for Reply-To: and From:. You can change your From: and Reply-To: addresses on your local workstation, or create a secondary profile that impersonates someone else (i.e. the list's address), provided that (a) your SMTP server lets you send without having particular information in these fields (i.e., it relays by source address and just logs your IP) and (b) the list accepts mail from anyone too.
Note that even if your setup meets these requirements, I'd have to come out against not providing a valid return address on e-mail sent to a list. It doesn't have to be your primary address...maybe you'd prefer to have a bit-bucket webmail address or something...but come on, what if the list server wants to send something right back to you (as poster, not as subscriber), like "Your message is HTML and has not been accepted"--you could create some unhappy people (i.e., everyone on the list).
