Yes, because using an Ipswitch DNS server to look up IP addresses for 
outbound deliveries isn't going to fix *your* DNS settings.

Our http://www.dnsreport.com shows that you are missing reverse DNS 
entries, which confirms what Len found looking at your log files.  If you 
don't add 'em, you won't be able to send mail to some mail servers.
