ah, no, I don't think so. The problem is not related to which DNS your Imail server uses. When the mail server your Imail is trying to deliver to queries DNS to validate the ip of your Imail, it queries the DNS that is authoritative for your mail server's ip address in the reverse zone to get the PTR hostname, the queries for the ip of that hostname in the forward zone, and then compares the ip of your Imail server with the A record of the PTR hostsname. In your case, they don't match. Ipswitch's DNS has nothing to do with the the situation.
