There are several domain registrars that will transfer your domain from 
Networksolutions or from anywhere for that matter and give you credit for 
any time remaining with Netsol.  So if you pay Netsol for a year and then 
move it from them to somewhere else they will give you the remaining part of 
your year plus another year with them.  Godaddy.com is the one I have used 
to do this. They charge 8.95/year.  It's not a perfect solution but at least 
you can get your domain back and not have to deal with Netsol for another 
year.  I've never liked Netsol.  They are TOO expensive, their domain admin 
tools are lame, and it seems as though whenever I had a problem it took 
weeks to sort it out.
