I've got a customer using MacOS 9 that is receiving error messages while
trying to retrieve email using
either Outlook Express or Netscape Messenger.
I've walked through the settings with him, and they appear fine, however he
is still unable to use our
Imail server.
Anyone seen this before?
Here's a decription of th problem he forwarded to me:
