There are two ways.  The easiest is to have your ISP add one for you.

The better (but harder and usually more error-prone) method is to have your 
ISP delegate your DNS servers to handle queries for the reverse DNS lookups 
for your IPs.

You can go to http://mail.declude.com/tools/ptr.ch to see if you have any 
reverse DNS entries, and to see how they are obtained, and who is 
responsible for your reverse DNS entries if you do not have any.
