It looks like we're receiving your E-mail, but you aren't receiving ours.

First, you should check your logs:  Our logs show our response to the 
original E-mail on November 2 at 1:36PM EST, and a response to your second 
E-mail on November 9 at 10:07AM.

Next, you need to find out why our E-mail isn't reaching you.

I'll be happy to assist you, but it would be best to do so directly, rather 
than on here.
