Use the mail forwarding in the account.  If you enter "., [EMAIL PROTECTED]"  it will forward a copy of the message to any designated address, and leave the original in the users mailbox for their pickup.  You can forward to multiple address as well like this.   Kevin Childers NetQuick Customer Support.
