Thank you, I get it. In fact because I use SMTP instead of POP3 to receive incoming Email, so just enable backup email in SMTP settings is enough - Otherwise I received duplicate email.

Use the mail forwarding in the account.  If you enter "., [EMAIL PROTECTED]"  it will forward a copy of the message to any designated address, and leave the original in the users mailbox for their pickup.  You can forward to multiple address as well like this.

I know in IMail you can make a copy of all sent out email in SMTP settings, but how can I do this toward all received email ?
 
It is very important because we want to backup all email traffic in case some employees lost his/her email later by any reason.
