Thank you, I get it. In fact because
I use SMTP instead of POP3 to receive incoming Email, so just enable backup
email in SMTP settings is enough - Otherwise I received duplicate
email.

Use the mail forwarding in the account. If you enter
"., [EMAIL PROTECTED]" it
will forward a copy of the message to any designated address, and leave the
original in the users mailbox for their pickup. You can forward to

copy of all sent out email in SMTP settings, but how can I do this toward
all received email ?
It is very important because
we want to backup all email traffic in case some employees lost his/her
email later by any reason.
