That's called "garbledigook" (not sure if I spelled it right, though).

What it really means is "If all your mail users send [not send and receive]
mail from known IP addresses, or can use SMTP AUTH...".

>"Same host" is the machine that has IMail installed on it, correct?
>So, if any users are using any other computer, then No Mail Relay is not
>an option, correct?

If they are using other computers to send their mail, they won't be
connecting to IMail, so you can still use "No mail relay".

>So, that leaves me with Relay only for addresses, correct?

Nope. "Relay for addresses" and "No mail relay" are identical, with one
exception. "No mail relay" means "Every user must use SMTP AUTH to relay
mail", whereas "Relay for addresses" means "Every user must either come
from an IP address you list, or must use SMTP AUTH".
