It is not entirely clear what problem is described above, but we got the exact same response from a "Product Specialist" regarding the failure to attach files with a "hard space" in the filename. [These filenames are furthermore created by Imail when saving files with spaces in the name]. We had to set up an out-of-the box system for Ipswitch to test against before we could convince them of the problem. Not that it did us any good.
