Unfortunately, Microsoft doesn't give out the information necessary to find out how many service-started processes can be running at once (they have an undocumented memory type that gets used up, but since it is undocumented, there is no way to know when you are close to using it up -- once you hit the limit, Microsoft doesn't handle the situation gracefully). Even though it's a type of memory that the system runs out of, it's not clear if the amount of that memory varies depending on the physical memory in the server.
