Roaming users should be using their Roaming ISP's server for outgoing mail, and your server for incoming mail only. If you don't takes steps to close your open relay you will get blacklisted, and then your question will be "HELP! How do I get out of the blacklists?" I'm sure there are many on this list that know that lesson, and would advise you against leaving your server configured as an open relay.
