There is such a list at www.postfixgate.com, but it requires a membership fee to download.  The file is continuously updated so you don't get a static list, and we are working on making this database available via a DNS query to eliminate the need to download it.  To use the DNS query you will need Declude's Junk Mail, and then you also gain access to the PostfixGate RBL of IP addresses to block Spam as well.  We are getting ready to run a test on making domain names only available via DNS query, but the e-mail address portion of the list would still need to be downloaded as a kill.lst file until we can find a way to further extend the Declude software.  More information will be available at PostfixGate once we have completed our testing hopefully this week.
