Hi Bob,

I'm using Outlook 2000. The following is an extract from the SYSMMDD.TXT log

2001.11.29 15:00 : Starting IMail LDAP Service
2001.11.29 15:00 : SearchCount 0
2001.11.29 15:01 : SearchCount 0
2001.11.29 15:17 : SearchCount 0
2001.11.29 15:17 : Starting IMail LDAP Service
2001.11.29 15:17 : SearchCount 100

As you can see the LDAP Service is started (The log says nothing about
stopping the service?!?), then nothing is returned from a request, finaly I
have to initialize the LDAP and the request returns (only) 100 addresses...!

What LDAP client are you using? Is the LDAP server stopping? Is there any
information in the event log?
