12.23.74.5 isn't listed in there.
But, 99% of the time, people who get blacklisted ARE running an open relay
(or were sending out spam). They usually have a URL in the warning that
shows you why you were listed.
Are you using "Relay for Addresses" or "No Mail Relay"?

People running open relays often feel this way.
But, getting paying customers is hard when you offer free services to spammers.

Yes -- close your open relay. We got listed in there (we run an open relay
intentionally; our Declude Hijack sucks up all the spam that spammers try
to relay), and once they saw us as a closed relay, we got unlisted. Quite
easy.
Rather than complain about ORBZ, how about mentioning *why* you were listed
-- that's the key to getting out. What is the IP address of the server
that was listed?
