Increasing the physical memory will help, but it sounds like there's a 
problem somewhere -- what else are you running on that server (you aren't 
running SQL, are you)?

You can look at the Task Manager to see what is hogging up resources; you 
can sort on the "Page Faults" column (you may need to go to the View menu 
to select that column) to see what is causing the page faults (that's what 
happens when there isn't enough real memory, and the hard drive is used for 
virtual memory).
