I cant see this somehow, we have a server running IIS,SQL,various FTP and security programs and two virus checkers on WIn2K, it is a single P3-800 with 256MB and hosts over 200 domains and Imail is holding just under 1000 mail accounts the machine also provides secondary DNS. I agree with the concensus to add ram but comparing our machines workload and spec to yours I think something is horribly wrong !
