I've been lurking now for about a year our so and I have to respond to your email Mr Peacock. I doubt that anyone will switch to ImailAv from Declude,(why would they need to?) and that your email demonstrates your lack of understanding of how declude functions - it works with many command line anti-virus scanners including but not limited to those from Symantec.
