Yes, their product management has made some very poor decisions lately, with respects to features added vs. features requested. They are off somewhere to dream-land instead of sticking to what the product does best and what customers need most. I have not had any pressing technical issues (because the product is very mature). When I did open a few incident reports (just to get some bugs out of the system), I was not impressed with the lack of follow-through - but then again, this is not really unusual. So - IMail does not excel in the areas of support - but you may never need them, because of the maturity of the product. And, you get excellent support from very knowledgeable people right on this list. Don't think of the support contract as a support contract - think of it as an annual upgrade charge.
