That's exactly how it should work. You don't want the nobody alias for one
domain (mail.MyDomain.com) accepting mail addressed for another domain
(blahblah.MyDomain.com).

What you want is some way for IMail to treat *.MyDomain.Com as if it were
addressed to mail.MyDomain.com. If you only had known domains (IE
test.MyDomain.com and test2.MyDomain.com), you could add them as domain
aliases.
However, it sounds like you are looking for a true wildcard (IE you may not
know today what domain will be used tomorrow). Unfortunately, I can't
think of any way to accomplish that with IMail.
